About me

Éric Martinet découvre le yoga en 2007 avec Lidija Segon à l'école Satyam d'où il sera certifié professeur de Hatha yoga en 2012 avec Hervé Blondon (lignée Satyananda aux influences Iyengar)
Il complète de nombreuses certifications telles que le yoga adapté pour les aînés avec Carole Morency, yoga et dépression avec Francois Raoult, yoga restaurateur avec Jeanne Mudie (Ashtanga Yoga Montréal), anatomie du cerveau et système nerveux avec Nathalie Perret. 
Il enseigne le yoga sur chaise, le Hatha yoga débutant, intermédiaire et multi niveaux, le yoga restaurateur, la méditation, la respiration et le yoga nidra. 
Attentionné, il s'adapte aux besoins des autres afin de les accompagner vers l'aisance physique mentale et psychique. En comprenant la nécessité qu'ont les humains à être vulnérables, il les amène à prendre conscience de leurs forces.
En privé il accompagne également les personnes souffrant de douleurs chroniques, d'anxiété, de dépression et de choc post traumatique.
