About my class and techniques:

Mes séances s'adaptent donc au plus grand nombre, le rythme et les postures variant selon le niveau de chacun. L'accent sera toujours mis sur la respiration et l'attitude mentale plutôt que la performance. Pour moi, un bon cours de yoga est d'en sortir calme et régénéré.
Inclure le yoga dans sa vie, c'est se faire un grand cadeau tellement les vertus sont grandes!
