About me

Rachel est professeure de yoga depuis 2009. Elle a suivi de nombreuses formations et certifications de yoga, notamment avec Downward Dog Toronto en 2009 (Ashtanga, Vinyasa et Powerflow), United Yoga Montreal et Ashtanga Yoga Montreal (atelier sur l’anatomie et l’ouverture des hanches). Elle est également certifiée en enseignement de yoga prénatal et postnatal.
Rachel enseigne le yoga dans une perspective globale de compréhension du corps et des postures. Elle décompose les différentes positions afin de mieux comprendre le corps et la façon dont notre posture influence notre vie au quotidien.
Elle détient un baccalauréat en sciences de la santé et des certifications de TRX et de Power Plate. Avant de se consacrer au yoga, Rachel a oeuvré à titre d’artiste acrobate durant 8 ans dans le monde du cirque, avec Cavalia et le Cirque Éloise.
