About me
Tom is a yoga teacher, competitive runner, and fitness enthusiast. After completing his Can-Fit Pro Certification Course in 2007, he began looking for ways to increase his flexibility to complement his active lifestyle. He started practicing yoga in 2008 for its physical benefits and in 2009 he began deepening his practice as a means of finding balance, realizing the benefits are beyond physical. Since then he has completed his 200-hour Yoga Flo Certification at Centre Luna, and has decided to pursue his goal of becoming a fitness coach after attending Bram Levinson’s 2012 Yoga Retreat in Croatia. Health is an integral part of Tom’s lifestyle which is shown by his passion for fitness and his dedication to assisting others achieve their own goals.

About my class and techniques:
Yoga Flo1 - A dynamic practice focusing on alignment and breath with postures taught as a slower flow series, appropriate for new students as well as experienced yogis. Yoga Flo 2 - The union of movement and breath is emphasized in this dynamic Vinyasa (flow) class which incorporates strength, flexibility, and endurance. Yoga Flo 1 - Un style dynamique qui met l'emphase sur l'alignement du corps et sur la respiration. Enchaînement plus lent des postures. Pour débutants et yogis expérimentés.
