About me

As a dietitian, I've long considered the nutrition it takes to achieve a healthy body. I didn't necessarily think about the mind until a breakdown led me to my mat. I experienced amazing mental and physical wellbeing. I even noticed the impact it had on my nutritional well-being. I try to bring this into every class I teach - pushing the body and mind to let go of tensions, clear the "noise" and open to each individual's own feelings of strength and resilience.
