About me

I discovered the wonders of yoga and pilates during my many years of professionally training and working as a dancer... practising movement as medicine, as deep self-care, helping me recalibrate my body and centre myself was a revolution in my life. 
Following a Pilates Mat Certification with my mentor and teacher Jennifer Horvath in Montreal, my yoga practice became a central part of my life and helped me go through many difficult transitions. I delved deeper onto the path and finished a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program at the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga in the summer of 2012 before moving to Calgary. 
After workshops, classes, a teacher mentorship and a prenatal certification, I made the decision to dedicate myself to teaching. Gratitude for the many teachers who have inspired me deeply, including Lyne St-Roch, Dawn Mauricio and Alice Hong.

About my class and techniques:

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher and a Certified Pilates Instructor based in Calgary, AB. I offer mindful movement based classes.
My teaching is rooted in alignment, self-care and acceptance. I believe that through the body, we can find a deeper connection to ourselves and cultivate a level of health, love and compassion that leads to a vibrant, fuller life.
My commitment to share the gifts of movement has made me realize that I have developed a strong passion for helping others cultivate a deeper awareness of their own body, helping them on a great journey towards optimal health.
