Our Moksha sequence - 60 minutes - in English.Moksha yoga is a dynamic system of postures and breathing exercises specifically designed to be practiced in the heat. Moksha classes are intended to open, strengthen and detoxify the entire body. Each class is based on a sequence of 40 postures. Both standing and seated poses are practiced, giving a balanced cardiovascular workout. Ideal class to build muscular endurance and to calm the mind and build focus. Suitable for all levels.

Most forms of yoga practiced today are Yang, they emphasize muscular movement and contraction. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Yin postures are held three to five to ten minutes at a time. This type of practice complements the more muscular styles of Yoga and is a great aid for opening up the body and increasing flexibility and range of motion. These classes are usually accompanied by ambient/background music.

Karma is a regular Moksha class but you pay by donation. All the donations go to local charities (minimum 5,00 $ - no passes or packages accepted). This is a busy class, please come early. You can not register online for this class.
