A great way to start your day!Moksha yoga is a dynamic system of postures and breathing exercises specifically designed to be practiced in the heat. Moksha classes are intended to open, strengthen and detoxify the entire body. Each class is based on a sequence of 40 postures. Both standing and seated poses are practiced, giving a balanced cardiovascular workout. Ideal class to build muscular endurance and to calm the mind and build focus to start your day on the right foot. Suitable for all levels.

Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings, join us from 7-9 am for Mysore, a generous helping of Ashtanga-inspired yoga. This practice is not led, but rather, students come in and guide themselves through the Ashtanga series with help and individual instruction from the teacher as he weaves through the class.

Notre série Moksha - 75 minutes ... en français La série Moksha comprend 40 postures. Une série pratiquée dans une salle chauffée, 36º à 40ºC. Le but, d'ouvrir les hanches et les muscles, fortifier le corps, suer et se détoxiquer. Des postures debout et assises sont pratiquées, ce qui apporte une stimulation cardiovasculaire. Ce cours est ouvert aux étudiants de tous les niveaux.

Prenatal yoga is meant prepare your body, your mind and your spirit for birth by developing your understanding to what is happening on a physical, mental and spiritual level for you in each trimester. This class is an opportunity to let the go natural fear we hold and move towards acceptance, courage and awareness of the many changes that we face during pregnancy. Prenatal yoga is suitable for any level of yoga. Second, third, fourth pregnancies welcome. This class is a small and intimate class so that you have lots of personal attention. A special Hot Yin Yoga class... The Yin: Hot Yin Yoga is focused on gaining flexibility in our bodies. You will be able to take extra time in the poses to gain a deeper stretch.The Tonic: Alongside your teachers, a massage therapist is present to incorporate massage and adjustments that will help deepen your practice. We strongly recommend you reserve your spot. If you cannot make your reservation, cancel 12 hrs before so we can give your spot to the waitlist and your membership won't be charged.
