A body-conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Pilates mat work is excellent for toning the abdominals, improving posture, flexibility and aligning the body correctly. Pilates also teaches coordination, concentration and control of the body. The class is taught in a heated room between (38 °C / 100 °F) to (39 °C / 102 °F).This class may be taught with music. All levels, including beginners, are welcome and will find this class accessible.
