Fusion Yoga is a 75 minute yoga practice dedicated to connecting to our true essence and diving into a deeper understanding of yoga.This is a practice that will integrate the breathe with hatha, yin, and restorative yoga poses. All classes will be created with the intention to restore and rejuvenate as we participate in the cycles of the seasons, the moon and the sun.
