An eclectic practice of Hatha yoga influenced by the heart-centered alignment-focused styles of Anusara and Iyengar and by the healing wisdom of Integrated Yoga Therapy. Intensity varies from week to week but, within each class, more advanced students are offered challenges at the same time as modifications make every pose accessible to those who want a less vigorous practice or are dealing with physical challenges and injuries. Using alternative expressions of the pose as well as props encourages each student to progress at their own pace. Classes may include pranayama and meditation.
