We want to offer you a wonderful combination:
First you will be guided through an active & energizing yoga flow and a series of longer poses (vinyasa and yin, 1:15 hr, guided by Markus).
Then you can relax for an extended time in deep relaxation with a guided meditation (savasana with yoga nidra, 45 min, Yoann Bagneux).

Markus has been practicing & teaching Yoga since 2006 in Canada, Mexico and the US. His styles range from a powerful Vinyasa to a soothing Yin with long holds.
