About the Class

In this class postures or poses (asanas) are sequenced in a specific and intentional manner to reach a “Peak Pose.” All asanas (standing balancing poses, arm balances, twists, backbends, hip openers, etc.) are strategically chosen for their relationship to the peak asana. Variations of the poses are given to make the class appropriate for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. You will feel energetic yet relaxed, strong and focused.
