About the Class

All Level - Beginners welcome Yin Yoga is a warm therapeutic style of Yoga that focuses on releasing pressure in the deeper connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Practitioners are offered an opportunity to surrender to gravity, slow down and come back to balance with passive floor postures which are held between 2-5 minutes. The postures help to open the Meridian and Nadi pathways, that run through the connective tissues of the body. Classes are supported with massage at your convenience. You can register in person or online - 15 people max.
