Yin Yoga Description Le yin yoga est une pratique passive durant laquelle des postures au sol sont tenues pour plus d’une minute. La respiration consciente alimente le corps et l’esprit et encourage une relaxation plus profonde en pénétrant les tissus superficiels pour accéder au fascia et aux tissus conjonctifs. Cette pratique favorise la flexibilité physique et mentale, renforce les ligaments afin de diminuer les risques de blessures et permet de se sentir plus léger et ouvert.
