I started practising Yoga when I was 50, to relieve my back pain after long office days.
I quit the business world and made my Integral Yoga teacher training 200h in 2019.
On top, I added a certification in Svastha Yoga Therpay, modules for lumbar spine and shoulders, to design adapted classes for back pain.
