À propos de mon cours et de ma technique:

Jordan Mae Antoinette quickly fell in love with the dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa flow style, and began to feel the benefits of the practice not only in strengthening and conditioning the body but also in stilling the mind. She was inspired to share this wonderful practice with everyone she knew and decided to train as a teacher. She completed her 200 hour training on the beautiful island of Koh Phangan, Thailand in October 2016 with All Yoga Thailand. 

Jordan Mae Antoinette is a big fan of fun, energetic, sweaty, alignment-based sequencing accompanied by a wicked playlist she updates regularly. Jordan's classes are structured in a way that ensures postures are both accessible and challenging to all levels of practitioner and aim to push each student to their own limit. Staged pose options for beginners right through to more advanced students are offered so even the stiffest bodies can join and enjoy, while the more flexible also feel challenged. You can expect a flowing practice focusing on finding the balance between effort and relaxation, breath connection and playfulness. Encouraging you to discover and nurture your body whilst beginning to go on the journey within. Her classes are strong yet playful, fun, light and all about that Vibe! Come with an open heart, a smile and a can-do attitude.
