Qui suis-je

Rivkah is a dreamer, yoga teacher, nature lover, DIY enthusiast and perpetual student.  Rivkah discovered yoga 15 years ago and hasn’t stopped learning about it since! She is now a 500 hour RYT and has had the privilege of practicing and teaching all over the world. With a background in event planning and marketing, Rivkah is a natural host and loves meeting new people. She believes everything in life should be taken as an opportunity for adventure and tries to live every day with that in mind. Rivkah left the city to come live in Mont-Tremblant and enjoy fresh air and the beautiful night sky on a regular basis. She runs a small guesthouse, teaches yoga and guides hikes from her cabin in the woods with her faithful sidekick, Zorro.

 Rivkah's classes are a fun mix of hatha flow, inspired by the rhythms of nature with a focus on breath, alignment and yogic philosophies.
